Blending Yoga and Sound Therapy
Creating calm and supportive spaces for busy minds and tired bodies.

I'm a yoga teacher, sound practitioner and Indian Head Massage therapist based in West Edinburgh.
For 18 years I worked in finance, and from the outside it looked like I had it all together. But after becoming a mum in 2019, I found myself overwhelmed, exhausted and trying to juggle work, family life and undiagnosed ADHD. Like so many people, I spent years putting everyone else's needs before my own.
Everything changed when I committed to a regular yoga practice and later chose an alcohol-free life. Yoga became far more than exercise - it became a way to regulate my nervous system, find stillness and reconnect with myself. It transformed my life so profoundly that I left my corporate career to help others experience the same sense of calm and connection.
I've completed numerous yoga teacher trainings and completed my Sound Practitioner training and Indian Head Massage training. I continue to study because I believe there's always more to learn, and I love bringing together movement, fascia release, breathwork, sound and deep relaxation to create a holistic approach to healing.
Whether you're joining me for yoga, a sound bath or a head massage, you'll be welcomed exactly as you are. My sessions are never about performance. They're about creating a safe, nurturing space where you can breathe, let go of life's pressures and simply be.
Away from the yoga mat, I'm a proud mum of two, an avid traveller who's been fortunate enough to visit all seven continents, a qualified scuba diver, a passionate vegan, and the keeper of a wonderfully chaotic menagerie of rescued and much-loved animals.
My hope is simple: that you leave every session with me feeling calmer, more connected and a little more like yourself.
I'd love to welcome you soon.
Steph

"I’ve been doing yoga with steph for over 2 years now and I absolutely love her classes. Her emphasis on doing what suits your body and energy levels is really encouraging and keeps me going even when I’ve had a tiring day- knowing I can take it easy but still exercise. I always come out feeling energising but relaxed.Write your testimonials here"

"I have going to Steph's classes for about a year and a half. I have attended her classes in different locations, including in her amazing home studio, and some of her sound bath events. She is really knowledgeable and her classes are very welcoming. She is always happy to adapt to any injuries you have and creates an emphasis on you making your practice fit your energy levels, how you are feeling and what you want to get out of it. Her sound baths are a dream and I would definitely recommend her classes. I always leave feeling more relaxed and grounded."

"Steph is knowledgeable, inclusive and really down to earth. I’ve attended a range of sessions, from power yoga to more restorative sessions, and they’re all enjoyable and beneficial. Steph helps to modify where you need to and she’s been so inclusive and flexible for my boyfriend who is profoundly deaf. Thanks, Steph - you’re fab!"

"Fantastic first sound bath experience. The space was so calming, and I was made to feel incredibly welcome from the moment I arrived. I left feeling completely reset and refreshed. The homemade chai tea was absolutely delicious too – a true hug in a mug. I can't wait to come back!"
